The Lychgate in Great Gransden has been on sentry duty to the Church of St Bartholomew's since 1920. It commemorates the brave lads of the village who gave their lives in WWI and WWII. Together with two towering lime trees, it creates a beautiful backdrop to the arrival of the bride on her wedding day.
